Under the GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), PIPEDA (Canada), and the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by ProvenQuote.

How to Request Data Deletion

Email us at privacy@provenquote.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• Your full name
• Email address used when submitting requests
• Phone number (if provided)
• Approximate date of request submission

What We Delete

• Your name, email, and phone number
• Your service request details and description
• Any account data associated with your email

What We Retain

We may retain certain data as required by law, for fraud prevention, or for legitimate business interests (such as anonymized analytics and financial records required for tax compliance).

Timeline

We will process your request within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA), and confirm deletion via email.
